No, the numbers above are just a suggestion. You could technically run any plan with any amount of players, but practically that won't really work. Many other systems like cloud-based combat detection, log storage and trustfactor resolutions are capped, making it impractical to run large servers on a small plan.

A machine is a dedicated hardware unit, usually distinguished by IP and filesystem.
